Please message us your mobile number and email address so we can add them when organising your delivery.

Please allow two extra working days before the event to account for any unforeseen delays in the courier network. Where possible these
balloons are made and sent a day before your preferred delivery date. These balloons last weeks, so delivery a few days earlier will
not be a problem.

NB. We recommend having your balloon delivered a few days before you require it, as we cannot control any unexpected delays with
our third-party courier network. As such, if your delivery is two working days late, we will not provide a refund.
